DELIVERIES
- Deliveries are made to your Gallery/Front door, customer accepts all liability for requesting additional shifting.
- Delivered/Collected goods must be inspected, and defects reported within (3) days. Failure to report defects constitutes acceptance of goods in as is condition and customer waivers all future claims to warranties.
Eligibility/Quality Assurance
- Furniture items must be in good condition.
- The product must include original brand logo, packaging & kits packets where it is applicable with the original proof of purchase.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery or fitting for knock-down products.
Service Charge
A 30% service charge will be applied to the total purchase amount for all eligible returns.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products or products specifically designed for you are not eligible for return. Also bedding and clearance items.
- This policy applies even in cases of fire damage, natural calamities, or damaged sets.
REFUNDS
Request can be made for refunds; however, we reserve the right to issue a Credit Note based on information provided for such.
Refund requests for full amounts will be returned to the same account .
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item/s.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of orders (branch collection or deliveries). A representative will contact you for updates on your order.
